Step 1: Prepare the Area
Allow your C-section wound to fully heal before using this scar sheet. If you’re unsure, consult your healthcare provider. Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure the skin around your scar is clean and dry before application.Step 2: Apply the Sheet
Gently peel the scar sheet from its liner by pulling the tabs outward from the centre. Carefully position it over your C-section scar. Press down and smooth outwards to ensure the sheet adheres firmly, especially around the edges.Step 3: Gradually Increase Wear Time
Start by wearing the sheet for 2-4 hours a day. Increase the wear time every 2 days until you can comfortably wear it for 24 hours straight, including in the shower.Step 4: Clean and Store
After each use, rinse the sheet gently with warm water. Allow it to air dry completely, then store it in the provided hygiene case. With proper care, each sheet can be reused for up to 7 days.
