Seb & I is a UK mum-founded mum and baby lifestyle and gifting brand, offering thoughtfully curated, sustainable essentials and eco-friendly gift boxes for pregnancy, new mums and babies.
Founded by Rebecca, a mum of three from West Yorkshire, Seb & I was created to make it easier for parents and thoughtful gifters to find organic, ethically sourced and beautifully made products — without the overwhelm of multiple retailers or excessive plastic packaging.
Rooted in real motherhood and a growing awareness of our impact on the planet, Seb & I is built on the belief that small, conscious choices can make a meaningful difference. Every product and gift box is carefully chosen with care for families, new beginnings and the world our children are growing up in.

Our Story
Hi, I’m Rebecca — the “I” behind Seb & I.
I’m a mum of three wonderful boys: Oliver, Noah and Seb. We live in West Yorkshire with our very energetic sausage dog, and I also have a very supportive husband by my side.
There’s quite an age gap between Oliver and Seb, and somewhere in between those years my perspectives, values and habits quietly shifted. I became much more conscious of the impact our everyday choices have on the planet. As a family, we’re trying to make positive changes and reduce our footprint - though I’ll be the first to admit we’re far from perfect.
We’ve also become more thoughtful about what we buy and use, taking a moment to ask whether something is truly needed before making a purchase. I love shopping small and genuinely believe that even the smallest changes can make a meaningful difference. Plastic, in particular, has become a real bugbear of mine. I try to avoid it wherever possible, especially after learning that by 2050 there could be more plastic in the ocean than fish - a truly sobering thought.
My “real job” couldn’t be more different from this little business, but for years I dreamed of creating something of my own. I just hadn’t found the right idea - until my final pregnancy with Seb.
I remember feeling frustrated while trying to source pregnancy and new baby essentials for both of us. Everything I wanted seemed to come from a different retailer, postage costs quickly added up, and my dislike of excessive plastic packaging reached an all-time high. I found myself searching endlessly for organic, eco-friendly alternatives that felt both practical and thoughtfully made.
It was during this time that I discovered cloth nappies and reusable wipes. A little research opened my eyes to the realities of disposable nappies - did you know it can take over 300 years for a single nappy to decompose? I was genuinely gobsmacked. Cloth nappies hadn’t crossed my mind with Oliver or Noah, but our journey with Seb changed everything and firmly shaped the ethos behind this business.
So, during the second national lockdown in 2020 - between homeschooling, welcoming a new baby and navigating all that Covid threw our way - Seb & I was born.
My aim is to take the pressure off new mums, mums-to-be and thoughtful gifters who are searching for organic, eco-friendly and ethically sourced products. I want to make it easier to find beautiful, sustainable, high-quality essentials and gifts - without endless searching or multiple postage costs.
More than that, I hope to gently open people’s eyes to kinder, more conscious choices that are better for our families and our planet.
At heart, I’m just a mum of three (very much winging it), trying to make a difference and share the why behind choosing a more eco-conscious way of living.
