  • Mama Knows jewellery and teethers are made from high quality food grade silicone and are free from BPA, PVC, phthalate, latex, cadmium, lead & heavy metals.  They are non-toxic and do not support the growth of bacteria or mould.  They are compliant with European Safety Standards EN71 Parts 1, 2 and 3.

    Jewellery and teethers should be washed before use.  Wash with hot soapy water and leave to dry.  Suitable to be placed in a steam steriliser.  Not suitable for cold water sterilising.  Jewellery and teethers can be stored in a refrigerator to provide extra relief for sore gums.

    Teething jewellery is NOT a toy.  Jewellery is to be worn by adults only and should NEVER be worn by babies or children.  Never leave a baby or child alone with teething jewellery.  Always check for signs of damage to the beads, clasp and cord prior to use and discard immediately if any damage is detected.

  • Mama Knows was launched in 2016 by Lisa, a Manchester based mama of two.  Tired of being scratched when feeding and also having had several necklaces broken by grabby little hands, Lisa started creating stylish necklaces made out of silicone that were safe to wear around grabby hands and teething gums.  The pieces soon became popular with other mamas and Mama Knows was born shortly afterwards.
