Over the past decade, Lily has gathered both professional expertise and personal insight into what truly helps women feel calm, empowered and informed throughout pregnancy and labour. In supporting those around her, she unknowingly developed a toolkit that works — one that blends practical preparation with emotional reassurance.
From that foundation, Yuula was born.
