All Take Five Aromatherapy Anchor products are blended in line with Aromatherapy for Pregnancy guidelines, using pure essential oils selected for their safety and suitability. Each product is carefully diluted to a safe level for the relevant stage of pregnancy and beyond. The topical pregnancy pulse point roller balls have been tested and certified as safe for use during pregnancy and are also suitable for ages 6 years and over. As with any essential oil–based products, if you have any medical conditions during or after pregnancy, we recommend checking with your healthcare professional before use. Take Five Aromatherapy products are free from synthetic fragrances, additives and dyes.

Do your products have a use by date?

As Take Five Aromatherapy Anchor products are made using natural ingredients, variations in colour, consistency and scent strength may occur over time. We recommend using products within 12–18 months of purchase and storing them away from direct sunlight to maintain their quality.
