~ It can all be a little overwhelming for us mamas and mamas-to-be sometimes and we just need that extra bit of help to relax…A nice, relaxing bath may not always be possible so a foot soak can be a great alternative; they can soothe sore feet and improve foot health. Fill a foot basin with warm water, add 1 tablespoon of our bath salts and swirl the water to mix. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes or until the water becomes tepid.Dry feet well and follow up with foot moisturizer.
