Delivery & Returns

Delivery Service

Here at Seb and I, we offer various Royal Mail services.

We recommend that orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked with signature

​

We do not accept any responsibility if an order fails to arrive at the destination through the chosen service, unless this is an error on our part. 

​

Every effort will be made by Seb and I to assist in resolving any issues. 

 

Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to refund a failed order due to a wrong name or address being given at checkout.

 

If an order is returned by the chosen service due to a failed delivery eg no answer at the recipient's address, failure to rearrange delivery or failure to collect from the delivery center. A refund will be offered, minus the postage costs. The responsibility will fall with the customer to pay for the service again if they wish for the order to be resent.

We aim to dispatch orders the next working day, failing this all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. 

​

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification.

 

Please use the tracking number to track your order prior to contacting Seb and I.

You are welcome to collect from Seb & I HQ, postcode BD10 0TQ. Or we do offer local delivery in a radius of 3.5 km.

If you have any special requests or are unsure about anything, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Packaging Details

Our ready made gift boxes & build your own gift boxes will be packaged beautifully in recyclable materials. We would love you to re use the box, tissue paper & twine!

​

However, I have decided to re use any other packaging means that come in to my home, for anything other than gift boxes. So please do not be alarmed if you receive a random bag or box & think what an earth is this? It will be from us! I haven't taken this decision lightly, but feel it is necessary to spread that little 'reduce, reuse, recycle' message a little further. 

​

What is the point of throwing away a perfectly re usable mail bag or box after just one use? I would hope if you can, that you manage to re use it again too!

Return & Exchange Policy

We really hope you do love your purchase. But in the event that you  are not 100% happy, or it is no longer required. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@sebandi.co.uk. We will offer a full refund or exchange once we have received the return if the following conditions have been met:

~ Please include the following in your returns email: order number, contact details, item been returned, reason(s). 

 

~ All returns must be received within 28 days.

​

~ Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all labels intact.

​

~ Items must not have been worn or used in any way shape or form. 

​

~ The cost and risk of returning an item back to Seb & I is down to yourself. We do not accept any responsibility for items that go missing or get damaged on return. The product will remain your responsibility, until it has been received back to Seb & I. 

​

~ You will be informed when Seb & I has received your returns via email.

​

The product will be checked to make sure the above conditions have all been met. We will then contact you with the relevant information about your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 7 working days for this. 

​

All successfully returned items will be refunded back to the account it was purchased from within 28 days, minus postage costs.

​

In the event that an item is faulty, we will offer a full refund. Please let us know within 3 days of receiving your item(s) if this is the case. Please note that all the above conditions apply for a return.
