Pebble Child is a Fair Trade soft toy brand working in partnership with Hathay Bunano, a non-profit organisation in Bangladesh that provides sustainable, flexible employment for women in rural communities.

Each toy is handmade, offering artisans regular income and the opportunity to support their families and invest in their children’s futures. In turn, babies and toddlers delight in the playful characters and gentle textures — while parents can feel confident their purchase is making a positive impact.

At Seb & I, we have chosen to stock Pebble Child’s organic cotton products only, aligning with our focus on more conscious materials wherever possible. While some items use polyester filling, we believe the social impact and Fair Trade support provided to families in Bangladesh is meaningful and important.
